Can of tuna
2 tablespoons Spinach Dip
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 cup grated cheese (I like Extra Sharp Cheddar)
olive oil (only needed if you are frying, if you are microwaving or toaster ovening, then omit)
Mix tuna, spinach dip, mustard, and cheese together. Put about 3 teaspoons worth of mixture in a tortilla and fry until the cheese melts. Wrap like you would a burrito and eat.
This is a gooey sticking mess, but my kids love them. Easy for a quick lunch or last minute dinner.
