Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken (or turkey)
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms cut
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
